We are seeking an HVAC Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has basic mechanical or construction related experience, has a passion and patience for learning, and is excited to kick off a career in the HVAC trade. As an HVAC Helper, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of helping people live comfortably.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform manual labor and entry-level tasks within a small team environment for the installation or service and repair of residential and small commercial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. 
• Assist with maintenance, installing or repairing units or change-outs following specifications and safety guidelines. 
• Engage professionally with customers during key stages of the maintenance, installation or repair process and shadow Lead Installers or Service Techs in answering customer questions. 
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage inventory, and conduct daily maintenance inspections of the company vehicle. 
• Complete formal EPA certification or OSHA training, if required.

Requirements: 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 
• High school graduate or equivalent. 
• 1 year of mechanical, HVAC, or construction-related experience (preferred).
